Food—once a source of struggle—is now the reason I help others.

Halfway through college—after years of battling my own personal challenges with food—I changed my major and began studying nutrition. Since then, I went on to earn my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the field, complete a 1,000+ hour dietetic internship, and become a Registered Dietitian. I created this space to cut through the noise and show that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated.
